It's early days yet (I've washed my hair twice since buying the Curly Girl Starter Pack a week ago). I gave up on my curls about five years ago and my hair is now in pretty poor shape. Using these products has not produced a miracle - I wasn't promised one and don't expect it. What I have seen is some improvement - my hair feels clean and soft when I wash it and the products smell nice. It is holding its style better after the second wash than after the first. I am particularly pleased with the instructional videos and find Heather and her colleagues to be friendly and open as well as professional in their approach to customer service. I'm a complete newcomer to the Curly Girl Method but, at this point, I feel I have enough information to start work on repairing and nurturing my curls without being overwhelmed. Thank you :)
