Here goes...... everything I know and have learnt about growing your waves & curls!

⁠All hair grows, I'll repeat that ALL hair grows - sooo let’s try and hold onto some: The best ways to do this ARE:

  1. I KNOW this sounds super obvious BUT if you are having a regular chunky trim then WHY???? Yes, a reshape, yes a dusting of the ends, BUT if you are having a solid 1-inch trim every 6 weeks then you are literally saying BYE to all that hair growth.  OF COURSE, ⁠Check for split ends, but even better than that ask your hairdresser, they are specialists and can advise you!  Tell them your goal, they’ll support you in getting there! 🌿  I literally never get split ends anymore since using my formulated hair care line and quitting heat and dry brushing - like never. That's how I’ve got in this crazy situation with butt-length hair - I wouldn’t have ignored the health of my hair to grow it long. 

  2. ⁠Protect it - from badies 🥷 Silicones / sulphates (use our product line, it doesn't have them in) these stop your hair yo-yo’ing between dry to oily to crunchy to oily again.

  3. ⁠Put it up to sleep - Head to our website for scrunchies and bands, done ✔️

  4. ⁠Be gentle with it! Brushing it heavy-handed and not expecting halo frizz is wild 🤪 You GOTTA be gentle! Our Wet Detangler and wide tooth combs that flex are perfect used with Magic Mask for super slippy easy to detangle hair. That goes for hair ups too - PUT YOUR old hair bands in the bin 🗑️ Grab a hair claw from our store and stop scrapping back your hair really tight. All of these things just aren’t good for your hair! If your hair band is super tight and sat in the same place day after day, eventually some of that hair will become damaged or break.

  5. ⁠Menopause kicked my butt and now I take curl glow and grow - My hair was thinning and I was losing a bit more hair on washday than I liked. Obviously get checked by a doctor if you are concerned but the Biotin has made a big difference after about 8-12 weeks for those that take them. They have other benefits too, not just for your hair.

  6. If you sleep on wet hair, or sleep with wet hair in a plop, please stop! This is just not good for your hair and scalp. Don’t get me wrong, it happens to me too but don't make it a regular occurrence.

  7. Scalp massages whilst washing with our scalp massager and everyday using Tonic to stimulate hair growth 💆‍♀️.
