✅ Order before 4pm (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch

  • Standard Tracked (2–4 working days) – £4.99

  • Faster Tracked (1–2 days incl. weekends) – £7.95

  • Next Day Courier (Mon–Thurs, order by 3pm) – £10.95

  • Amazon Prime – Available via our Amazon store

🌍 International Customers

  • Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Use a tracked service — we cannot refund lost parcels.

💻 Digital Products

  • Non-refundable.
    This applies to CGM Club® tutorials, memberships, and the Unique Curl Code™, as access is granted immediately after purchase.

📦 Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • We cannot accept returns of single items bought as part of a kit.

  • Refunds are issued once your return is received.

  • Delivery fees are only refunded if the item was faulty.

💳 Customs & Duties

  • Orders to Europe & Ireland over €35 may incur local VAT/duty charges.

  • International customers are responsible for VAT/duty on delivery.

  • If unpaid, parcels are returned to us — refunds will exclude original delivery fees.

📬 Delivery Notes

  • Couriers will attempt delivery at least twice.

  • If you’re not in, they may leave your parcel with a neighbour, at a collection point, or request you rearrange delivery.

📦 Missing Parcels

  • UK parcels are considered lost after 14 working days.

  • European parcels are considered lost after 35 working days.

❗ Damaged Items

  • Report any damage within 1 business day of delivery.

  • Keep all packaging while we resolve the issue.
