Returns
We hope that you will be happy with you order. However, if for any reason you would like to return your item, please email hello@curlygirlmethod.club to arrange the return.
You have 14 days to cancel the order after receiving it, and a further 14 days to send goods back for a full refund.
We do not accept returns on used products or single items purchased as part of a kit. Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Subject to approval, then your refund will be processed for the value of the purchases, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
