We live and breathe waves & curls!
Yes, our products are absolutely free from silicones, sulfates, waxes, non-natural oils, and drying alcohols making then curly girl method friendly.
We go a step further with pure, high-quality ingredients into our formulations. Our core products are also coconut oil-free, protein free and only have 100 natural oil providing an extra level of care since these can lead to brittle, dry hair.
Plus, all our tutorials are Curly Girl Method-friendly and designed in a unique way to deliver the fastest, easiest, and quickest results.
How do I choose the right product for my curl type?
Co Wash is for dry or curl hair.
Co Wash Plus is for oily, fine or wavy hair.
All other products can be used on all curl types.
Are the products suitable for sensitive scalps?
Yes, our products are made with gentle, high-quality ingredients and are suitable for sensitive scalps.
However, we recommend patch-testing any new product to ensure compatibility with your skin.
Can I use these products on coloured or chemically treated hair?
Absolutely! Our products are formulated to be safe and effective for all hair types, including colored and chemically treated hair.
However, we recommend caution when using the "0: Whoops" product, which is designed to remove past silicones. If your hair has been recently colored, it may affect the colour. In this case, either avoid using it or dilute it with water to minimise any potential impact on your color.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free, vegan and are either handmade in the UK or manufactured in the UK with the exception of our Bounce Back Treatment which currently undergoing reformulation to become vegan soon. We are committed to providing high-quality, ethically sourced products.
How often should I use the products?
Usage frequency depends on your hair type and routine. Generally, you can follow the steps outlined in the tutorial that comes with your starter kit to get longer lasting washdays. For specific product usage, refer to the instructions on the packaging.
