How do I make a return?
✅ UK Customers
Free returns within 30 days. Email hello@curlygirlmethod.club for a pre-paid return label.
🌍 International Customers
Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. Use a tracked service — we cannot refund lost parcels.
💻 Digital Products
Non-refundable. This applies to CGM Club® tutorials, memberships, and the Unique Curl Code™.
Our Returns Policy:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of single items bought as part of a kit.
Refunds are issued once your return is received.
Delivery fees are only refunded if the item was faulty.

Couriers will attempt delivery at least twice.
If you’re not in, they may leave your parcel with a neighbour, at a collection point, or request you rearrange delivery.
📦 Missing Parcels
- UK parcels are considered lost after 14 working days.
- European parcels are considered lost after 35 working days.
Please check with neighbours, building staff, or anyone else who may have accepted your parcel before contacting hello@curlygirlmethod.club.
