Order before midday GMT for same-day dispatch. Any orders made after this point will be dispatched the next working day.

Brexit affecting Europe & Ireland
We have everything in place for a smooth and safe delivery via DHL.
Our customers in Ireland & Europe since Brexit 1st January 2021 will be liable for VAT and import duty to receive your goods by courier. As an approximate rule if it is over €35 you will be charged VAT and or Import Duty by the courier on delivery at your local rates. Please research your local import, VAT, and duty rates prior to ordering. When parcels are undelivered due to non payment of import duty, we are only able to refund the order once it is returned to us, minus delivery costs.

Accurate Address Information is essential
To ensure there are no delays to your delivery please ensure that the address information you enter is accurate
Please make sure to include your:
• House, flat, apartment, suite, unit or room number
• City, town, village or province
• Postal or ZIP code unless in Ireland*
*If you are in Ireland please do not use your postcode.
Tracking My Order
We provide tracked delivery UK & Worldwide; your tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Tracking information is also available within your account or on the order tracking page
Delivery of your order.
There will be a minimum of two delivery attempt made. In the event of no one being available to receive the parcel one of three things will happen to the package:
• Card is left and the parcel is left with a neighbours
• Card is left and the parcel is left with local collection point or Post Office
• Card is left requesting consignee to contact the delivery partner to arrange re-delivery.
For International orders the price of the items does not include customs & import duties as these charges vary from country to country. Please be aware that you might be required to pay these when you accept delivery of the items from your courier.
An item is classified as lost when it is missing for:
14 working days in the UK
30 working days for delivery to Europe
35 working days for the rest of the world.
Please allow for these timescales to pass then we can investigate further. During very busy periods we may incur delays and we will keep you informed.
If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.
We request that you check with all family members, co-workers, neighbours, or any other person that may have accepted or stored the package before reporting that it is lost or missing. If you live in an apartment complex, please check with the front office to see if it was received by them.
All damaged packages must be reported to us within 1 business day of receipt. These packages will be reported to the carrier for a damage claim. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all delivery issues have been resolved.
