Brought on Black Friday offer, hair dryer and diffuser. Diffuser is great, like the bowl of the diffuser. Hair dryer is heavier than average hair dryer and being honest quite noisy too.

Love this dryer and diffuser, drys hair all
I received the new hair dryer along with the diffuser on monday,I purchased on friday great service great communication with Heather i have used it once so far. But the results were great even though I didn't style it properly I wanted to try it out quick but I wanted to try it out🤣🤣the hair dryer is just the right size not heavy and the diffuser is brilliant

This is a great hairdryer, some say it’s a bit heavy but I don’t think it is. The heat setting are great, not too cold and not too hot. The diffuser is really deep which is great for curly hair!! The only problem I have and I’m not sure if it’s just me, but the diffuser falls off sometimes. Other than that this is a game changer!!

We are sorry that you are finding it a bit difficult to keep the diffuser on, this if the first we are hearing of this. Make sure you are really pushing it on there and hopefully that should make a difference. xx
I love it. Better result than with my Dyson or Bellisima however found it a bit heavy for my arthritic thumbs
